Return Policy

By placing an order with 101 Piercing, you acknowledge and fully agree to our return policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason at any time. We uphold the highest standards of cleanliness to prevent cross contamination with all of our jewelry, and for this reason we cannot accept or restock any jewelry. This is for the ultimate safety of all of our clients.

Special Order Items

Purchasing an item that is listed as a Special Order "Ships in 4 weeks" is a final sale. No changes can be made once the Special Order is initiated as these items are being made specifically to fulfill your order.  BVLA is not able to provide timeline updates, and does their best to stay within 4 weeks from the week your order was placed. More complicated jewelry can take slightly longer. This is an estimated timeframe.

Returns or Exchanges will not be considered for any Special Order item.

Damaged or Lost Jewelry

Is your piece in need of a fix? Let us know! Send an email to 101piercing@gmail.com with a description/photo of the jewelry. Only jewelry purchased from 101 Piercing is eligible for repair. Each designer that we carry will have their own manufacturer repair policy, and cost of repairs is dependent upon designer policies as well as the nature of the damage. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges that may apply. Email for details. Please be aware that we do not replace lost jewelry, and under no circumstances are we responsible for any lost jewelry or components, no exceptions.
